Keziah Waiganjo

Keziah was appointed the Senior HRBP in 2020, having first joined the company in 2016 to support the HR function. Prior to joining Longhorn Publishers, she was the Human Resource Manager at PFL Group International. She has over 15 years of multi-sectoral experience across the HR sphere, having worked with various clients/partners across the globe from America, Europe, Asia and West Africa.

She holds a Masters of Business Administration (HR, Strategy and Entrepreneurship), and a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business Administration (Marketing and Hotel Management) from USIU, a Higher Diploma from IHRM and is a full member of IHRM.

Over the years, she has excelled in people-centric initiatives such as performance enhancement, organizational culture transformation, learning & development, succession planning among other facets of HR. At Longhorn, she has helped roll out the culture pillar of the Longhorn 2023 Strategy, while also implementing the HR-related initiatives around the post-covid recovery.
